Bolton Lakes (Lower, Middle, Upper), Bolton/Coventry/Vernon
Lower Bolton Lake is a natural lake, fed by runoff waters and Middle Bolton Lake. Drainage is to the southeast into Bolton Pond Brook. Middle Bolton Lake is an artificial impoundment that is fed by runoff waters and the overflow of Upper Bolton Lake. It drains into Lower Bolton Lake. Upper Bolton Lake is the smallest of the lakes, fed from wetlands to the north and surface runoff. It drains into Middle Bolton Lake through a culvert under Hatch Hill Rd.
