Applies to Union Pond and the Hockanum upstream through Manchester and Vernon to the Shenipsit Lake outlet, the riverine Papermill impoundments / Pitney Park, and the Tankerhoosen River up to the Main Street dam in Vernon. Not Shenipsit Lake itself.
